Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer Coolie no.1 is set to deliver you to a rib-tickling laugh riot. The film which is yet to release is filmmaker David Dhawan’s remake of the original romantic comedy filmed in 1995 starring Govinda and Karishma Kapoor.
Sarah and Varun in their interview said that the film isn’t a movie screenplay the plot will probably be different from 1995 first although the trailer seems to appear quite similar to the Govinda and Karishma Kapoor movie.

Will the Plot of Coolie No 1 Remake will the same as the old one?
The movie will also be a romantic-comedy saga. Starring Paresh Rawal as Jeffery Rosario who’s a wealthy businessman and wants his daughter Sarah(played by Sara Ali Khan) for married him into the Richest bachelor in India.
But items will not be as Jeffrey expects, JaiKishen(played with Javed Jaffery) who is a matchmaker earns Raju (Played by Varun Dhawan) a coolie and disguises him as a Loaded Indian Businessman to have a revival from Mr. Rosario for his insult.
But the saga of boundless banters and side-splitting minutes doesn’t finish here, after Sarah is married to Raju her dad discovers things to menacing and soon finds out that Raju is a Coolie! However, he manages to pay up saying he’s a double!
What will be the Release Date for Coolie No 1 (2020)?
Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan have been reprising the functions of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor at David Dhawan led ‘Coolie No 1’.
They launched the trailer of this film recently and announced that the movie is a Christmas launch, i.e. it’ll be out on December 25 on Amazon Prime Video.
