Attempting to disable self-destruction, Matsu is also informed that the third phase has begun, which suggested that it was all going according to Minaka’s plan.
The only thing that wasn’t specifically planned was destroying Tito Tower in the process, as the self-destruct was to take the building down if a new one was planned to be built.
