The identity of the Legionnaires who worked at Bibbo’s diner remains a mystery for now, but the long blonde hair may give us a clue. The most likely suspect is Saturn Girl, as she was a founding member of the team.
It also raises the question of what brings Legionnaire to what it is today, and why she is hiding her identity. Superboy made some big changes to his status quo this season, outsmarting himself as a public hero and officially joining the Outsiders.

Young Justice: Outsiders Season 3 Review!
They have lost all continuity of the last two seasons, most of the characters are completely dull and uninteresting, it moves at a snail’s pace and nothing is going on, oh my god and the accent!
Somehow they also try and force her to conform to some of the strictest standards of conduct that Islamic interpretation would demand, and yet she remembers nothing, so why wouldn’t she just be herself?
I don’t mean just the hijab, her whole thing is just tight. I got the feeling that in Seasons 1 and 2 we as the audience were in the dark about what was going on as the protagonists.
And as the plot progressed in the season, they’re hooking you up to keep watching as they solve the mystery. Like everything that happened with Blue Beetle and the invasion plot.
In Season 3 we already know who the villains are and what they’re plotting. But the hero doesn’t do that. So any thrilling mystery of the show is lost.
