Another Life Season 1 Ending Explained: What happens with Achaean?

Season 1 of Another Life debuted on Netflix back on July 25, 2019, more than two years ago. The series focuses on the life of astronaut Nico Breckinridge (Katie Sackhoff), who leads a crew aboard the Salvare in search of alien life.

During a mission to uncover the history of an alien artifact, the crew learns of a mysterious race called the Achaea, whose origins are shrouded in secrecy.
