There are some McGuffin shenanigans in which Diana and Barbara figure out what the Dreamstone is and the only way to stop it is to sacrifice their will. Barbara, meek and unwilling to be invisible, runs away.
Meanwhile, Lord enters a military base with a satellite transmitter that detects particles. Who sends to ‘touch’ ‘ everybody. He transmits his message: Make a wish, do whatever you want, and I will take your health in return.
Diana puts on the golden eagle armor of the great Amazonian warrior Asteria (more on that later) and defeats the cheetah. Then Diana confronts Maxwell, who is using a new broadcast system to wish the whole world good luck.

Wonder Woman is able to combine electricity and water to stun Cheetah, and we see the villain sink to the bottom of the water in which the women fight.
